Annual Workshops

Create a little inner tranquillity and join artist Adele Cloony, in her garden studio, where she hosts only ten people per workshop, once a year.

In an intimate half day workshop, Adele will demonstrate and guide you through standing and walking meditation, along with gentle Qigong/Tai Chi warm up exercises. Allowing you to relax and become more mindful.

After a short break, you will return to a calming place in your body and mind, being in the present moment, and mindfully create Zen circles, with traditional ink and Chinese brushes, to take home or gift to a friend.

No experience is necessary.

All art materials are supplied, just come along in loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes/trainers.

This year you can choose from painting on heavy paper (to frame at home), a bag or fan workshop.
